United Beyond Our Diversity – A Global Panorama, Tiles of Unity

The goal of United Beyond Our Diversity is to develop understanding, create a awareness and demonstrate that though we are different in various ways we are similar and united beyond our diversities. 

In this videoconference workshop, Cheryl Morgan and Eliane Metni will present the learning process, tangible outcomes and future steps of an iEARN collaborative project.
 The theme, “United Beyond Our Diversity” responds to the aspirations of youth and educators who participated in several focus groups and paved the way of their learning. Forty-four classrooms from 18 countries completed four online learning circles in three languages, English, French and Arabic. Four half-murals were created based on the learning circle questions in Beirut and completed in Enschede, Netherlands at the 13th International iEARN Teachers’ conference and Youth Summit

We are inviting you to celebrate the steps taken by learners in shaping their learning path and taking ownership in the direction of the project in 2006-2007.
