The conference fee is £192 for all 4 days and this will include an evening meal on 10th September, lunch and dinner on 11th & 12th September and lunch on 13th September. Tea, coffee and soft drinks will be available throughout the conference. This price also includes bus travel from the nearby town of Portrush,(where there is hotel and bed and breakfast accommodation), to the University in Coleraine.

The daily conferance fee is £37.00 with the proviso that 'Daily' delegates who wish to attend the Conference Dinner on Tuesday 12th September in the Royal Court Hotel must pay an extra £25.00 for that dinner.

Delegates who confirm their attendance by 31 January 2006 will be eligible for a 10% reduction of the conference fee.

Delegates attending the ICT International Conference have to book and pay for their own accommodation. However, accommodation has been reserved at a special delegate rate of £275.40 for three night's Bed and Breakfast (Full English Breakfast) should they choose to stay at the Comfort Hotel, where 2 days (first and last day) of the conference is being held. Delegates should make it clear when they contact the hotel that they are attending the conference.
