This Conference is being jointly planned by Dr Roger Austin in the School of Education, University of Ulster and Dr Ruth Firer from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
The focus of the conference will be on the ways that Information communication Technology is being used to develop educational links between students from diverse backgrounds or those in societies that are in conflict or emerging from conflict. The conference will have presentations on the theories that inform such work, the practice of such projects and the implications for policy in both a national and international context.
